1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement", "Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "You", "Player") and bat949 ("bat949", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the bat949 online betting and casino platform accessible at https://bat949.cam (the "Platform").

bat949 provides sports betting markets, live casino games, slots, and related entertainment services to adult users. bat949 is an English-language platform specifically designed for users in Pakistan and other eligible jurisdictions. 2 Definitions

3 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Platform, creating an Account, or placing any Bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in full, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional rules, bonus terms or game-specific conditions published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and must not register an Account. Your continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

4 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the Platform, you must at all times satisfy the following conditions:

bat949 reserves the right to decline any registration application or to close an Account at any time where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified. Where an Account is closed on eligibility grounds, any Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the User subject to completed KYC.

5 Account Registration & KYC

Each User may hold only one Account on the Platform. Creation of multiple accounts by the same individual constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in the forfeiture of all associated balances and permanent account closure.

Upon registration, you are required to provide accurate personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, country of residence, and a valid email address. bat949 will verify this information as part of its KYC process.

bat949 may, at any time and without prior notice, request supporting documentation to verify your identity, age, address or source of funds. Such documents may include, but are not limited to:

• Government-issued photographic identity (National Identity Card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence).
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the last three months).
• Source of funds documentation where required by applicable compliance standards.

Withdrawals may be withheld pending satisfactory completion of KYC. bat949 accepts no liability for delays in withdrawal processing resulting from a User's failure to provide required documentation promptly.

6 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and not reuse it on other platforms.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where offered by the Platform.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify bat949 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
• Not share your login credentials with any third party under any circumstances.

bat949 will never request your password via email, live chat or any other communication channel. Any communication purporting to be from bat949 and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to support immediately.

bat949 accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, subject to applicable law.

7 Deposits & Payment Methods

bat949 displays Account balances in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The Platform references familiar Pakistani payment methods — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — as contextual references. bat949 does not claim that any of these payment providers endorse gambling services or maintain a direct integration with this Platform. Actual deposit methods available at the time of registration are determined by the operator and may vary.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. bat949 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

• Processing times are indicative and not guaranteed. E-wallet methods (such as Easypaisa and JazzCash, referenced as familiar Pakistani payment rails) are typically processed faster than bank transfers, though exact speeds depend on the payment provider and the User's verification status.
• bat949 reserves the right to perform additional security or compliance checks on withdrawal requests of any size, which may extend processing times.

bat949 accepts no liability for delays caused by third-party payment providers, banking processing windows or compliance reviews initiated by payment processors.

9 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply across all sports markets on the Platform. Specific rules for individual sports (including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, football and UFC) are published in the Platform's dedicated Rules section and supplement these general conditions.

• All bets are accepted at the Platform's sole discretion. bat949 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet without providing a reason.
• Once confirmed by the Platform, a bet cannot be cancelled or amended by the User.
• In the event of a dispute regarding a result or settlement, bat949's decision, based on official event sources, is final subject to the formal disputes procedure described in Section 16.
• Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and may be amended at any time without prior notice.
• Where a bet is placed in error (e.g. incorrect odds displayed due to a technical fault), bat949 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the User's Account.
• Odds may be subject to change before a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the point of bet placement confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet.
• Odds are presented in decimal format by default. Fractional and American formats are available in Account settings. The decimal format governs settlement in all cases.

10 Casino & Games Rules

All casino games, slots and live dealer games available on the Platform are provided by third-party game studios. The following conditions apply:

• RTP values published in game documentation are theoretical long-run figures and do not guarantee individual session outcomes. RTP figures shown in illustrative game listings are examples only.
• In the event of a disconnection during a game session, the round will be resolved according to the game provider's technical rules. bat949 accepts no liability for losses arising from connectivity issues on the User's side.
• Game malfunctions void all associated pays and plays. Stakes will be returned to the User's Account in the event of a verified malfunction.

11 Bonuses & Promotions

bat949 may offer bonuses, free bets, cashback promotions and other promotional incentives from time to time. The following general conditions apply to all promotions unless separate specific terms are published:

• All promotional figures (e.g. "up to PKR 10,000 welcome bonus") are illustrative examples only unless confirmed as active live promotions by the operator. Actual bonus values, eligibility criteria, minimum deposit requirements and validity periods are published in the current Promotions section of the Platform.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before Bonus Funds or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Bonus Funds are subject to maximum bet limits per stake. Placing bets above the permitted bonus stake limit may result in the forfeiture of Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to the creation of multiple accounts to claim bonuses, collusion and the use of automated software — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the forfeiture of all Bonus Funds and account suspension.

12 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and, where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:

• Creating more than one Account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading or incomplete personal information during registration or KYC processes.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, navigate the Platform or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in match-fixing, betting on events the User has influence over, or exploiting insider information.
• Engaging in money laundering, depositing funds derived from criminal activity, or using the Platform to circumvent financial monitoring obligations.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited, where the User has actively misrepresented their location to bypass geo-restrictions.
• Circumventing any self-exclusion or responsible gambling restriction in place on the Account.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing bat949 staff or other users.
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, game malfunctions or pricing errors to generate artificial winnings.

13 Responsible Gambling

bat949 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across all user interactions. The Platform provides the following tools to help Users maintain control of their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly and monthly PKR deposit caps, effective immediately upon setting and subject to a cooling-off period before any upward amendment takes effect.
• Loss Limits: A maximum net loss threshold per defined period, after which further betting is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Limits: A maximum session duration after which the User is logged out and receives a responsible gambling reminder.
• Self-Exclusion: A voluntary restriction preventing Account access for a defined period (minimum 6 months) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed before the exclusion period expires.
• Reality Checks: On-screen notifications at defined intervals showing time spent and net session result.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, redistribute or republish any Platform content without prior written consent from bat949.
• Use the bat949 name, logo or branding in any commercial or promotional context without authorisation.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile or extract any source code or proprietary algorithm from the Platform.
• Frame or embed the Platform or any portion of it within a third-party website or application.

15 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bat949 shall not be liable for:

• Any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or punitive losses arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform.
• Gambling losses incurred by you in the course of using the Platform's betting and casino services.
• Delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.
• Losses arising from a User's failure to maintain Account security or from unauthorised Account access resulting from the User's negligence.
• Technical errors, connectivity failures or interruptions to the Platform that are beyond bat949's reasonable control.
• Any legal consequences arising from a User's access to or use of the Platform in a jurisdiction where gambling is restricted or prohibited.

Nothing in these Terms limits bat949's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bat949 holds its applicable operating licence. bat949 operates under applicable international licensing where relevant — no claim of Pakistani government approval or local Pakistani gambling licence is made.

In the event of a dispute arising from your use of the Platform or these Terms, you should first contact bat949's Customer Support team. bat949 will use reasonable endeavours to resolve any complaint promptly and fairly.

If a complaint cannot be resolved through direct support channels, bat949 will direct you to the applicable formal dispute resolution mechanism under its operating licence framework. Details of the applicable dispute resolution process are published on the Platform.

You agree that bat949's records — including transaction logs, bet confirmations and communication records — constitute prima facie evidence of the facts they record in the event of any dispute.

17 Amendments

bat949 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, bat949 will publish notice of the change on the Platform with the effective date indicated. Minor amendments (e.g. formatting corrections, clarifications that do not materially alter User obligations) may be published without specific notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease use of the Platform and may request withdrawal of any available Real Money Funds balance subject to completed KYC.
